This is one of our favourite questions and really shows the power of Bar Modelling. To solve this question you only need to use Year 2 level maths, however, the comprehension side of the questions makes this more or less a Year 5 level question which can seem, at first, very challenging but you can see the use of bar models in this video makes things look too easy!
