Position: Sr Desktop Support Technician

Openings: 12 months + extensions (multi-year contract)

Rate: 20-25HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Must Haves

• 5 years of experience with end user device support
• Has a strong background working and understanding Thermal, Zebra, Label, and SAP printers
• Must have experience working in a production/ plant environment
• Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS
• ServiceNow ticketing system experience
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support

Day to Day

Our client is looking for a Site Technician to support their Hazlet New Jersey Site. This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including C-suite executives and needs to have experience with thermal, zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be completely comfortable working alone in a plant environment. The reason this resource needs to have a strong background with printers is because within the plant, the printers are used daily for labeling/ printing items for their fragrance and flavor samples.
