Job Description

• Provide engineering services to safely meet the business plan by providing engineering support to production, maintenance and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.
• Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations and related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering/design, manufacturing and installation through final start-up, acceptance and project close-out.
• Assist production, technical and maintenance with various types of equipment and process issues from an engineering perspective, particularly in the incumbent's specialized area involving mechanical equipment and related systems.
• Safely manage all aspects of assigned projects
• We are looking for someone with Project Engineering experience and not design nor someone with a lot of computer based experience.
• They will have 6-10 projects at any given time. Will partner with mechanical and electrical techs, engineers, operators and others as needed. Will develop the scope to get pricing on cost, develop scheduled, and implement.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1 year of experience in electrical engineering OR two engineering internships

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• 1 year experience in heavy manufacturing industry
