Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Manager – Oral Nicotine Pouch Factory

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas, USA

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Manager oversees all inbound/outbound materials, inventory accuracy, warehousing operations, logistics scheduling, and supplier coordination to ensure seamless production flow in a regulated manufacturing environment. This leader ensures raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods move through the factory with precision, compliance, and efficiency—supporting production targets, GMP requirements, and customer delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management

  • Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain processes supporting production planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and shipping.
  • Forecast raw material, WIP, and finished-goods requirements based on production schedules and demand planning.
  • Maintain supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, lead times, contracts, and performance expectations.
  • Monitor OTIF (On-Time, In-Full), supplier KPIs, and resolve material shortages or quality discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA/TPMP, GMP, and nicotine-specific handling regulations for all materials.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and ERP documentation.
  • Implement and enforce GMP-compliant warehousing practices: segregation of materials, FEFO/ FIFO, controlled storage zones, and batch/lot traceability.
  • Manage inventory cycle counts, weekly reconciliations, and full physical counts; investigate and correct variances.
  • Ensure proper handling and secure storage of nicotine, flavorings, filters, films, packaging components, and finished units.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scales) and ensure all operators are trained and certified.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate inbound freight, customs clearance (if applicable), carrier scheduling, and receiving appointments.
  • Manage outbound shipments, freight optimization, bills of lading, customer routing instructions, and COA documentation in partnership with QA/QC.
  • Maintain accurate shipment logs, tracking, and customer service communication for delivery timelines.
  • Build reliable carrier relationships and negotiate transportation rates for LTL/FTL.

Systems, Compliance & Process Control

  • Maintain ERP/warehouse management system accuracy (material master data, BOM consumption, inventory movements).
  • Develop SOPs covering receiving, storage, staging, internal transport, forklift operations, and dispatch.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout, material flow, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure all handling aligns with FDA, OSHA, GMP, fire-code, and hazard-material requirements.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead and mentor warehouse, logistics, and materials-handling staff.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Finance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Report inventory health, supply risks, logistics KPIs, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management, ideally within food, tobacco, nicotine, CPG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of GMP warehousing, batch traceability, inventory control, and regulated-material handling.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and paid time off.
  • Career advancement pathway toward Supply Chain Director or Operations leadership roles.
