How you will make an impact:
An RN at Elim Wellspring plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for residents while supporting the nursing team. By fostering strong communication, clinical excellence, and staff development, the RN helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for both residents and employees. Their leadership not only improves health outcomes but also strengthens team morale and continuity of care, directly impacting the overall success of the facility.

Schedule varies:

• Full-time
• 12 Hour AM Shift
• 7:00am - 7:00pm 
• Weekend Rotation
• Block Scheduling

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be registered and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
• Must have a current CPR certification
• Experience in TCU, LTC and MDS is preferred
