Insight Global's client in the Environmental Consulting space is looking to add an Environmental Project Manager to their Indianapolis team. As a Project Manager, this person will oversee a diverse portfolio of environmental consulting projects, with a strong emphasis on advanced environmental work including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), contaminated soil investigations, and assessments for asbestos, lead-based paint, and industrial hygiene. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Indy office, managing a team of three full-time employees and one part-time staff member, including a Professional Geologist and experienced Phase I/II specialists. This role will include supervising staff, ensuring project quality and regulatory compliance, and maintaining departmental financials including profit and loss oversight. A key part of the responsibilities will involve client communication—approximately 20–30% of the time—building and nurturing relationships with developers and commercial property clients, especially those involved in property acquisitions and redevelopment projects such as strip malls and warehouse construction.
