Production Helpers - Direct-Hire with Immediate Benefits!

**Typical daily duties:**
- Performing repetitive weaving tasks
- Making needles, spools, and performing associated tasks
- Inspecting products and ensuring specifications are met
- Setting-up, rodding, documenting, and installing frames
- Adhering to safety procedures
- Supporting and participating in Lean improvement initiatives
**What we're looking for:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and great hand-eye coordination
- Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
