• Lead development and rollout of best practices for the Center of Excellence
• Analyze equipment, processes and workflow to identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot production challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Support equipment performance evaluations and manufacturing audits
• Partner with site leadership and operators to ensure process standardization
• Manage small to mid-size engineering projects from concept through execution

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 3+ years of mechanical or process engineering experience
• Minimum 2 years of packaging experience (paper industry preferred)
• Proven ability to analyze processes, equipment and systems
• Strong leadership, organization and communication abilities
• Ability to travel up to 40% to multiple locations
• Ability to work on-site in PA, MI or Chicago
