Pay: $17/hour

Location: Louisville, KY 40202

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm, some evenings/weekends/overtime

Parking: Up to $5/day with receipt

Role Overview

• Review and analyze tax office reports for the Bank’s Refund Transfer program
• Identify and escalate potentially fraudulent or abusive tax activities
• Use Excel to spot data trends; monitor returns at risk of not being funded by IRS
• Stay updated on compliance and assist with other risk management tasks

About You:

• 1+ year tax prep experience preferred
• Knowledge of IRS rules/regulations a plus
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or IRS field experience preferred but not required
• Strong Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills
