Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Home Health Physical Therapist. The Home Health Physical Therapist will be responsible for delivering physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Daily tasks include assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, administering physical therapy treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The physical therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and rehabilitation.
