Position Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Waco, TX. The Payroll Specialist will report directly to the Controller and be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration including payroll processing, garnishments, and payroll taxes. Additional duties include ensuring accurate and timely delivery of weekly payroll, maintaining payroll records, monthly benefit billing reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
  • Experience using Paycom is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highschool Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
