We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Visual Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior Visual Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including branding, marketing materials, website design, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective designs for our clients
- Assist in the development of brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and style guides
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Create website designs that are user-friendly and visually appealing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media graphics and other digital assets
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve our design work
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience with website design and basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility is a plus
