Job Description

Summary

Per Se Group is looking for an Interior Designer to help support a commercial real estate project. Responsibilities include working with clients and project team members to design, decorate, and furnish professional office spaces and other project typologies. Successful candidates demonstrate superior design abilities, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and understanding of key milestones throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes a relationship with clients to define their needs.
  • Create design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.
  • Develops space plans that meet the functional and aesthetic program requirements.
  • Specification of materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories within the project budget.
  • Produces detailed and coordinated architectural construction drawings.

  • Design - Generates creative solutions; Translates concepts and information into presentation and working drawings; Uses feedback to modify designs; Applies sound design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
  • Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.

The salary range for this role is $35-40/hr.
