PalAmerican Security - Opening: Site Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination following company policy

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain security and safety of designated work area
• Patrol facility to ensure safety and security
• Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews
• Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Superior integrity, leadership, and prioritization skills
• Ability to function well in high-paced and stressful environments
• Passion for creating a safe and happy work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of related supervisory experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
