Job Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Design & Digital Coordinator with a strong creative eye to help shape and elevate the visual voice of Wespac Construction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys graphic design, visual storytelling, and hands-on creative execution, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on design execution, content creation, and digital support across marketing, branding, and internal initiatives.

This is a production-oriented role, not a strategy or management position. You will lead our graphic design efforts and support website, digital, and video projects. Our environment is open, fast-paced, and collaborative - we challenge ourselves, try new things, and keep learning every day. If you’re someone who genuinely loves the creative process and brings a “figure it out” mindset, you’ll fit right in.

The Role Includes (not limited to):

  • Designing graphics, creating marketing materials, collateral, and advertising
  • Support brand consistency across digital and print platforms
  • Creating social media graphics & short-form video content
  • Website updates and visual content management (Wix)
  • Editing photography and video to showcase our work, people, and culture
  • Prepare print files and understand basic commercial printing requirements
  • Support marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate visuals from jobsites and company events

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and tight deadlines
  • Clear understanding of brand consistency and visual standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable, collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of commercial printing requirements

Required Expertise

  • 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or marketing support
  • Degree in graphic design/multimedia preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required)
  • Adobe Premiere and After Effects experience is a plus
  • Basic video editing experience (Premiere Pro preferred)
  • Photography and editing skills are a plus
  • Experience designing on Wix or similar platform (preferred)
