We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address potential issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide updates on schedules, budgets, and site conditions.
• Problem-solve construction challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds local building codes and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven track record in high-quality construction and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• OSHA certification and first aid/CPR training are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
