Our client is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager – Engineering II to lead and oversee cross-functional engineering initiatives within our energy delivery infrastructure. This role is responsible for end-to-end program execution, including planning, coordination, risk management, and reporting for multi-disciplinary projects supporting grid modernization, renewable integration, capital construction, and asset reliability.

You will be accountable for aligning engineering project outcomes with business goals, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years professional experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to create complex formulas and data reports
• Experience in project controls, financial management, or construction

Must Have Skills :

• 5-10 years of experience in program management (preferably in utilities, energy, or construction)
• ERP Software knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Demonstrated success managing medium- to large-scale engineering programs ($5M+ budgets).
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have/Preferred:

• Utility industry experience.
• Natural gas sector background.
• Construction or project financial management experience.
