Position Overview

Are you a wordsmith with a knack for crafting copy that converts? Do you have experience writing persuasive emails, landing pages, sales letters, and video scripts that drive clicks and sales? Bucked Up is seeking a Email Marketing Coordinator to lead the charge in creating high-performing email campaigns and funnel content that engages, educates, and ultimately drives revenue. Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Develop, write, and optimize high-converting email campaigns, including product launches, cart abandonment sequences, welcome flows, and upsell series.

Persuasive Copywriting:

• Write high converting copy for Emails that connect with our target audience and move them to action. Maintain and enhance Bucked Up’s bold and energetic brand voice across all copy.

Conversion Optimization:

• Leverage A/B testing to refine headlines, subject lines, body content, and CTAs to maximize click-through and conversion rates.

Sales-Driven Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, ensuring copy aligns with the product’s value proposition and sales goals.

Research & Persona Development:

• Understand the psychology of our customers to craft emails that resonates with fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and health-conscious individuals.

Cross Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze email and funnel performance, using insights to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of email marketing experience
• Proven track record of creating high-converting email campaigns

Copywriting Skills:

• Mastery of persuasive writing techniques and frameworks including storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging, and actionable copy.

Tools & Platforms:

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign).
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure performance (Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards), proficiency with Sheets/Excel will be highly valued.

Creativity & Strategy:

• Thinking outside of the box approach
• A strong understanding of customer psychology and behavior.
• Ability to write in a bold, energetic tone that aligns with the Bucked Up brand.

Results-Driven:

• A focus on crafting campaigns that drive measurable results—conversions, clicks, and revenue.

Preferred Skills

• Ownership in all of your work.
• Proactive in problems and communication
• Experience writing for fitness or supplement brands is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding of best practices principles for email layouts.
• Basic understanding of reporting and tracking results.
