Food & Beverage Director – Perfect North Slopes (Lawrenceburg, IN)

Perfect North Slopes is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee our multi-venue, high-volume operations and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences. With 220 seasonal staff, two full-time employees, and venues ranging from our main cafeteria to the year-round First Tracks Ice Cream & Coffee Shop, this is a key leadership position in one of the Midwest’s most successful ski areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support, and mentor our Food & Beverage team in delivering excellent guest service.
• Oversee financial performance, labor costs, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Implement and manage POS and food inventory systems (Accesso Freedom).
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
• Manage equipment purchasing, repairs, and maintenance (pizza ovens, fryers, ice cream machines, coffee makers, etc.).
• Develop menus
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work a 6-day schedule during the winter season; flexible schedule in summer.
• Collaborate with sister resorts (Swiss Valley, MI & Timberline, WV) to share best practices.
• Report directly to the Executive Director as part of the Executive Team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume food service (resort experience preferred).
• Strong financial management and P&L accountability skills.
• Knowledge of POS and inventory systems, with basic IT troubleshooting skills.
• ServSafe Manager (or ability to obtain).
• A leader who values teamwork, a family atmosphere, and a guest-first culture.
