Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Construction to manage and support construction projects for a large national energy client. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, lead a team of project managers, and ensure everything runs smoothly — on time, within budget, and up to standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Plan and manage all stages of construction projects — from scheduling and budgeting to quality control.
• Handle contracts, negotiations, and resource planning.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors, solve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates, and create proposals.
• Oversee project documentation, procurement, and field operations (engineering and commissioning).

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• Strong background in MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and renovation projects .
• Hands-on experience with project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Visio, and scheduling/estimating tools .
