Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Up to $100K | Sacramento, CA

We're hiring a full-time, salaried BCBA to join our in-house clinical team and support students across Sacramento-area schools in a stable, year-round role.

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and support RBTs to ensure strong, consistent implementation of BIPs
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students across school sites
• Collaborate with school staff and families to reinforce behavioral supports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related planning and documentation
• Oversee and track RBT hours in alignment with BACB standards
• Conduct competency assessments and maintain accurate clinical records

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification
• Willingness to travel to schools in the greater Sacramento area
• School-based or special education experience is helpful but not required
