Job Title: Autodesk Engineer

Work Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days a week, work from office)

Job Description:

Auto Desk Upgrade

• Lead planning, execution, and validation of Autodesk Vault upgrades
• Collaborate with engineering, CAD, and IT teams to support Vault upgrade roadmap.
• Ensure robust data migration, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Conduct required validations after upgrade.
• Document upgrade procedures and train end-users as needed.
• Coordinate with Autodesk support for unresolved upgrade-related issues.

SCCM Package deployment:

• validate SCCM packages work as expected.
• Investigate/resolve any installation failures after package installation.
• Monitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot issues.
• Track and resolve user-reported bugs or regressions introduced during the upgrade.
• Support rollback or contingency plans if critical issues arise.
• Manage Vault user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Support CAD teams with Vault-related workflows
• Manually install/update SCCM for some applications.
