Now hiring Assemblers for Polaris Industries in Battle Ground, WA. **2** **nd** **Shift:** Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am Pay: $18.92/hour + $1.09/hour shift differential **About the position:** You will assemble displays built for powersport vehicles and perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. The position requires the use and operation of production equipment, robots, and tools. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product on an assembly line. + Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. + Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment. + Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment. + Train and become competent at assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor. + Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment. + Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. **Job Qualifications:** + Must have excellent attendance + High school diploma or GED + Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs + Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, and squat, stand and walk for the duration of assigned shift + Safety toed shoes are required in all warehouse and production areas.
