The Wholesale Sales Representative sells beautiful home decor and gift products into boutique retail shops, specifically scented candles, throw blankets, home linens and mattresses.
Join Galaxy Home to make a huge impact on a small, dynamic team. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
SELL NEW RETAILERS : Contact, nurture and close new independent retailers, selling them on testing and carrying our best-selling products. The beginning of the role will involve a lot of cold outreach, 40-60 calls and emails per day to build your book of business.
Retailer examples: Home boutiques, gift stores, mattress stores.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT : Once you sign new retail partners, you’ll manage their relationship, advising on product assortment and merchandise tips. Over time, you’ll get repeat orders from your retail partners that will compound your revenue and commission.
TRADE SHOWS : You will set up and host the Galaxy Home booth at industry trade shows (estimated 3-4 trade shows per year), meeting and selling new retailers. Travel will be limited to trade shows (less than 10% of your time will be spent traveling).
GROW WHOLESALE PROGRAM : This is a unique opportunity to build a wholesale program for an established consumer brand. You will help create the sales process for identifying, selling and managing retail partners.

Qualifications:
2+ years in sales with a mix of cold outreach and closing experience.
Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual compensation range $75,000 - $120,000 including base salary and performance bonus.
