Shifts: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM or 2-2-3 Schedule: 7:00 PM- 6:00AM

Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take on a fast-paced, high-volume operation? We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing distribution center team in Jeffersonville, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic shipping and receiving operation while implementing best practices in logistics, inventory management, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do

As a key leader in the warehouse, you will:

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Manage and develop warehouse technicians to achieve production goals.
• Maintain accuracy of on-site and off-site inventory through cycle counts and audits.
• Own and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) training and supporting team members on system use.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to schedule and coordinate shipments.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct workplace audits, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Drive compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)
• 3+ years of distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle, System 21, or similar ERP systems
• Supervisory experience in consumer goods, distribution, or manufacturing
• Knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, and three-tier distribution systems
