Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful visual assets that align with our brand identity across digital and print media. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive designs that drive user engagement and enhance brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual content for websites, mobile apps, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials.
  • Translate brand and business objectives into designs that are visually appealing, consistent, and user-centric.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual assets on time.
  • Design infographics, iconography, illustrations, and other visual elements that support storytelling.
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback and usability considerations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, tools, and design innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in a digital-first environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of visual design work across web, mobile, and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working in Agile/Lean development environments is a plus.
  • Previous work with branding or marketing teams highly desirable.
