• Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics
• Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings
• Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience
• Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions
• Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
• Close sales using exceptional customer service to ensure a positive sales experience
• Uphold the dealership’s reputation and core values for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance
• Arrange and accompany the demonstration of the inventory to interested customers
• Prospect and steward well the large number of leads that are provided

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience working as a car sales representative or in related sales jobs is needed
• High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
• Knowledge and interest in used car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management necessary

• Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
