Join our client's team as a Universal Banker, where you'll deliver exceptional service and play a vital role in building client relationships. This position focuses on expanding banking relationships, achieving sales goals through proactive outreach, and handling cash transactions as needed to support branch operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class service at every client interaction.
• Explain bank policies and procedures clearly.
• Promote, sell, and refer a range of consumer and business products and services.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and referral goals.
• Conduct telemarketing and outside prospecting activities when assigned.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of deposit products and communicate them effectively.
• Adhere strictly to all bank policies and procedures.
• Accurately reconcile cash and all other transactions daily.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal Regulations.
• Perform all operational duties with accuracy, attention to detail, and proper cash handling habits.
• Stay informed on job-related issues, bank promotions, and changes in products, services, policies, or procedures.
• Actively participate in industry-related seminars and training classes.
• Stay current on business-related activities across the Bank.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record of success in offering banking products.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Willingness to perform telemarketing duties.
• Knowledgeable in all areas of branch operations and security.
• Full understanding of regulatory compliance issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
