Job Description

We are seeking a Title Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and reviewing title records, tax certifications, attorney opinion letters, and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will also prepare and deliver title documentation to clients in line with service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between the company and clients.
• Review search materials for vesting, requirements, and exceptions to be satisfied.
• Work with outsourced partners to prepare and quality-check title commitments and property reports.
• Prepare CPL and review tax certifications and attorney opinion letters.
• Verify underwriter information and wiring instructions.
• Prepare Conditional CTC forms and deliver all title materials (Commitment, CPL, Wire, Tax Cert) to clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications.
