The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Role Description
This is a temporary on-site bookkeeper at Charming Stranger. The bookkeeper will be responsible for coming into the office every Tuesday, 9-5, reading emails, paying bills via online and written checks, keeping a log of these checks, and ensuring the smooth payment of bills.
There will be 2-3 training sessions in late September with our existing bookkeeper before she goes on leave in October. She will return in January or February. We need an accountant to come every Tuesday to manage bookkeeping.
