Summary

PTR Global is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Solutions team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions, working closely with Account Managers and clients across the US. This role requires a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and excels at building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for contract and full-time IT roles across the US market
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Source, qualify, and present high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
  • Evaluate candidates for technical skills, work authorization, availability, and cultural fit
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Submit vetted candidate profiles to clients with accuracy and professionalism
  • Utilize ATS (Bullhorn preferred) and VMS tools (such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or Simplify) to manage job orders and candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and successful placements
  • Support onboarding and redeployment processes for consultants to ensure smooth transitions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruiting in an agency or consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of US employment classifications and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
  • Familiarity with US visa types and hiring compliance standards (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
  • Experience using Bullhorn ATS and major VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail
