What you'll do:
✔ Advise on securitization and structured finance transactions (ABS, CLOs, CMBS, asset-based lending)
✔ Draft and negotiate sophisticated agreements
✔ Partner with business teams on deal structuring and new product development
What we're looking for:
✅ 4+ years of U.S. legal experience in securitization/structured finance
✅ NY Bar admission
✅ Strong drafting and negotiation skills
