Job Description

ATR International is seeking a Senior Staff Camera and Video Editor for a major client in San Diego!

Location: San Diego, CA

Hourly Rate: $75.00

Contract & Part Time | Project Based

Job Duties: Work with other designers, editors, producers, and clients to comprehend the project goals and expectations

• Work with director to plan all aspects of shots
• Excellent theoretical knowledge of filming and capturing footage with RED cameras
• Know and apply the technical features of lenses, film, filters, light and camera settings to each shot
• Handle cameras, lighting and audio equipment for field and studio productions
• Make sure that the multimedia content follows the quality standards and guidelines of the company and the clients
• Support the Client with multimedia production, including setting up, maintaining and fixing the video equipment
• Edit footage as needed

Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in camera operation or a related role

• Skillful in using various software and tools for production, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, REDCINE-X Pro, etc.
• Excellent theoretical knowledge of RED camera operation, lighting, and audio capturing techniques
• Creative and artistic skills, with a good sense of aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients
• Strong technical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues

Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
