Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager to lead IT and business transformation initiatives within the framework of RISE with SAP . This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end program management across complex, cross-functional IT projects that align business processes to SAP's intelligent enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale digital transformations involving cloud migration, business process modernization, and SAP-centric architectures, with a keen ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate the full lifecycle of IT and business transformation programs leveraging RISE with SAP, including design, build, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans that integrate multiple interdependent projects related to SAP S/4HANA migration, business process re-engineering, and cloud platform adoption.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, SAP vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Drive adoption of SAP best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements across the program.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications at all levels, including steering committees and executive sponsors, providing timely program status, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies effectively to minimize impact on delivery goals.
• Oversee change management activities, ensuring successful business readiness and user adoption aligned with transformation goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, cloud specialists, and enterprise architects.
• Measure program performance using appropriate KPIs and IT governance tools to continuously improve delivery processes.
• Ensure alignment of transformation outcomes with broader organizational objectives such as operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation enablement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT program management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-wide SAP or RISE with SAP transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration methodologies, cloud platform technologies (e.g., SAP Business Technology Platform, Azure, AWS), and related integration strategies.
• Proven expertise in orchestrating complex business process transformations and organizational change management.
• PMP, PgMP, SAP Certifications (such as SAP Certified Application Associate – RISE with SAP), or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing diverse, matrixed teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical issues into business terms.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and complex program dependencies with proven risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
