Pride Health is hiring for a Speech Language Pathologist to support our client’s medical facility based in Detroit, MI . This is a contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, physician orders, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy services to patients across age groups, including bedside and inpatient care as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and continuity of care.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

• ASHA required. BLS (AHA) required.
• Atleast 2 years of experience

• Location: Detroit, MI.
• Job Type: Contract
• Schedule: 0700-1930-40 exp wkly hrs
• Pay Range/Salary Range: $38.50-$43.50/hr
