Position Summary:

The Sheetfed Press Operator plays a key role in producing high-quality printed materials. This position is responsible for maintaining color and quality consistency, operating multi-color printing presses, and ensuring smooth workflow alongside a press helper. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Sheetfed printing press, running up to 8 colors simultaneously
• Maintain color accuracy and overall print quality on all jobs
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed
• Follow press schedules efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Collaborate with the press helper to stage and load materials
• Monitor and inspect finished product for consistency and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sheetfed printing required
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree is a plus)
• Proficient with high-speed printing machinery and measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to lift consistently throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and team-oriented work style
