We specialize in Revit Management and Firm Management Systems and Tools to streamline architectural practices. Our services include Revit Templating and setup to manage Revit efficiently. We offer flexible involvement, from comprehensive system setups to simple consulting and training services to meet our clients' diverse needs. We are also hired to help companies produce some of their project work from time to time.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Architect with extensive architectural experience and major Revit capabilities located in Logan, UT with some remote work flexibility. For the right candidate we could make a fully remote position work as long as they are living in Utah. For the especially right candidate we can hire from nearly anywhere in the country but that is going to be a longer conversation and process.

The Architect will be responsible for managing and implementing Revit templates, conducting BIM management, offering consulting and training services, offering project assistance in an architectural capacity and streamlining firm management systems and tools. Day-to-day tasks include designing, coordinating with teams, and ensuring effective Revit setup and usage to meet project requirements.

I am looking for the right 4 candidates over the next few years to fill critical roles in my rapidly growing company.

Min Qualifications

• 10+ Yrs (or eq experience) in an architecture office producing Construction Documentation Drawings for projects
• A complete understanding of how to fully document an architecture project.
• Proficiency in and passion for Revit and BIM management
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage hybrid working conditions
• Must be extremely organized and hold an attention to detail in all work.

Must have Extensive Experience or Expertise in one or more of the following areas

• Revit Family Building Expertise. Like capable of building the most extensive revit families that are simple and intuitive to use but complicated as can be on the backend to make everything work the way it makes sense for a designer to use in their project. Involves lots of complicated parameter equations
• Architecture Practice management. Has experience running an architecture practice and all the things that comes with it, or otherwise is at the point in their career that they feel capable of doing so and are considering making the jump. I need someone with the desire and drive to undertake this option and would likely have them run my established architecture practice as well as being involved in the consulting.
• Architecture Project Management. Someone who knows the full complexity of major project undertaking for a client as sophisticated as the Division of Facilities Management in the State. Understands the whole process from the initial user group meetings through managing the various aspects of a large scale project through design and construction while keeping things on schedule and on budget. Must have some years of experience managing this type of work and a familiarity with the toolsets that come along with it.
• Detailing Guru who knows everything about detailing and is fussy about all the things. I am looking for someone who knows the ins and outs and has been "the detailer" for a major practice or has equivalent understanding and skill and aspires to be that person.

Ideal Candidate will have

• Deep knowledge of and experience with the building code.
• Experience in designing and implementing Revit templates and documentation systems
• Skills in consulting and conducting training sessions
• Knowledge of firm management systems and tools
• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
