We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Media for a remote opportunity with a leading entertainment company. This is a full-time maternity leave contract role. While the position is fully remote, candidates must be able to work PST hours.

Join our client as a Senior Manager, Paid Media , and lead innovative strategies to drive awareness, viewership, engagement, and brand affinity across platforms. As the primary contact for campaign planning and execution, you’ll ensure seamless integration across all marketing initiatives.

Senior Manager, Paid Media Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and the paid media agency of record to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including TV, CTV, radio, digital audio, OOH, digital display, video, custom content, print, social media, and experiential marketing.
  • Lead media planning for designated campaigns, managing them from inception through execution, while establishing timelines and facilitating communication across divisions.
  • Foster strong agency relationships to enhance media plan effectiveness, encouraging creativity and providing strategic feedback.
  • Develop and present media plans through one-sheets, executive summaries, and presentations to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Work with agencies to compile post-campaign reports, sharing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and communicate findings to the broader media team.
  • Oversee premium item ideation, budget management, and coordination with the premiums team.

Senior Manager, Paid Media Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in paid media planning, with a preference for digital and linear media.
  • Expertise in media planning concepts and digital media terminology, with a strong preference for OTT/CTV buying experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all paid media channels and media consumption trends.
  • Proficiency in defining planning parameters, audience targets, and campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with ad products from leading media vendors and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
