Position Details:

• Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
• Status: Full Time (Exempt)
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)
• Days: Monday – Friday

The Business Analytics Insight Specialist Sr. is responsible for:

• Works independently on enterprise and other key strategic initiatives providing complex modeling and analytics that result in data-driven insights to advise the executive team, including C-Suite, on the strategic initiatives.
• The insight should be provided through storytelling and visualization.
• This role also requires the ability to demonstrate strong project management skills and be effective in collaborating across a matrixed organization with all levels of leadership including C-Suite in the achievement of strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting OR Finance OR Data Science, Statistics OR other Quantitative Field
• Preferred Education: Master's Degree Business Administration

Required Experience:

• 7 years business data analytics, including a proficiency in statistical techniques and business intelligence tools
