Senior Electrical Engineer | Energy | Dallas, TX (On-Site)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the energy sector. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions for energy-related projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electrical designs with other engineering disciplines.
• Perform electrical simulations, calculations, and analysis to support project development.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve electrical system issues during project implementation and post-installation phases.
• Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all electrical components meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the energy or utility industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design software, including AutoCAD, MATLAB, and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and codes such as NEC, IEC, or IEEE.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
