Pay Range: $55 - $61/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging for time-sensitive servicing notifications, alerts, and authentication flows.
• This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
• Play a key role in shaping the way Client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Ensures user-friendly messaging for authentication flows, helping clients securely access their accounts with confidence and ease.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
• Strong understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Experience with bulk notifications, application alerts, servicing messages, and authentication content
• Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro.
