Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (Accounts Receivable & Billing)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 , specifically focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills and have extensive experience with systems integration, data mapping, and fit-gap analysis. This role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to improve system processes and support end-to-end business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and operational challenges; identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Conduct detailed studies and cost/benefit analyses of proposed solutions.
• Analyze user requirements, existing procedures, and system limitations to enhance or automate current processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Define detailed functional requirements, workflows, input/output data formats, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user needs, program functionality, and development steps.
• Assess system capabilities and scheduling constraints to determine the feasibility of changes within the current environment.
• Perform hands-on system integration testing with third-party and legacy systems.
• Support training activities and contribute to ongoing project initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication across remote team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the system development life cycle.

Work Schedule:

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
• Occasional off-hours work may be required based on project needs
• Remote Position: Currently remote, but may transition to a hybrid model in the future. On-site expectations will be communicated in advance.

Years Required/Preferred Experience

8 Required Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

8 Required Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.

8 Required Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.

8 Required Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.

4 Required (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

2 Required (at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.

4 Preferred Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

2 Preferred Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system

2 Preferred Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)

2 Preferred Experience with SharePoint

1 Preferred Experience with Jira

1 Preferred Experience working with the Scrum framework

1 Preferred Experience with STAT
