Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Position Details

• Start Date: January 5th- February 28th
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Location: In-person
• Service Area: School-based support including evaluations, treatments, and team collaboration
• Caseload: Assigned based on district need

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and direct OT services in school settings
• Participate in IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff
• Complete timely documentation and progress monitoring
• Attend team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning

Qualifications

• Valid  Illinois State Occupational Therapy License
• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Committed to student-centered, inclusive care
