Job Description

• Perform activities for implementation and improvement projects and production support for Warehouse Management (WM) related processes and solutions
• Contribute to the design, configuration and ownership of client SAP WM solution
• Understand integration points between WM and PP modules and external solutions
• Elicit, communicate and manage internal and external customer requirements
• Work with business resources to understand needs, document solution requirements and coordinate with technical team for solution design
• Collaborate with other team resources in related functional areas to deliver solutions (Finance to Manage, Order to Cash, Transportation, Procure to Pay) and technical teams (Basis, Security, Development)
• Provide assessment of solution options with associated business and technology impact, along with estimates for delivery
• Work with IT and business resources to perform testing of solutions, including preparation of test scenarios and scripts
• Quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation of better solutions
• Analyze and document as-is processes and systems
• Discover process and system gaps
• Advise business and IT resources on best practices for WM solutions and processes
• Assess and recommend solutions to meet requirements
• Provide input to establishing performance measurements to be able to control and report end-to-end process and system performance
• Understand and ensure that quality standards are met
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and drive to completion

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience:
• 8+ years directly related experience designing, implementing and supporting SAP WM processes and solutions
