Position: SAP VERTEX Consultant

Location: Austin, TX OR Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Resource with min 10 years of Consulting experience involving end-to-end project implementations. Exposure to SAP is must.
• 5+ years of hands on Vertex configuration experience.
• Minimum two full life cycle implementation experience
• Associate should have good knowledge of all configurations and processes related to taxation within Vertex
• Experience in setting up connectivity with third party interfaces with vertex.
• Experience of working in complex interfaces including data flows and validations
• Knowledge of Integration with Vertex and SAP.
• Experience of working in SAP environment is must, specially knowledge of taxations in SAP.
• Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices
• Prior experience in high tech or software industries
• Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation.
• Experience of working in S/4 HANA is preferred.
• Candidates with Bachelors in Finance/ CPA / CPA equivalent preferred

• Manage on-site & off-shore teams
• Manage project deliverable
• Project Management Activities
• Liaise with client
• Create opportunities to ramp up the team

Able to work in onsite offshore model and able to coordinate and communicate effectively across the stakeholders
