We are a leading direct import and domestic clothing supplier looking for a highly analytical, organized, and detail-focused Sales and Replenishment Analyst to support our Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bentonville, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of retail data analytics, replenishment planning, and Walmart/Sam’s systems, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive data-informed decisions that enhance sales performance and inventory efficiency.
Note: This position requires work on Sundays or early Monday mornings to support time-sensitive business needs.
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 BOE
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Inventory Reporting:
Utilize Scintilla, Madrid, and other retail systems to collect and analyze weekly sales and inventory data. Translate insights into strategic recommendations to optimize performance and meet sales goals.
• Forecasting & Replenishment Execution:
Develop and maintain ladder plans, create accurate sales and inventory forecasts, and submit replenishment orders to ensure appropriate stock levels and minimize out-of-stocks/overstocks.
• Analytical Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, inventory issues, or system errors by applying critical thinking and root-cause analysis.
• Excel & Reporting Tools:
Utilize advanced Excel functions (such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) to build accurate reports, track sales and inventory performance, and support forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Cross-functional Collaboration :
Partner with internal teams including Sales, Account Management, and Product Development to interpret data trends, identify growth opportunities, and streamline supply chain performance.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in sales analysis, replenishment, or supply chain support, specifically with Walmart and/or Sam’s Club accounts. Experience in apparel or consumer goods is a plus.
• Systems Knowledge:
Proficiency with Walmart/Sam’s Club platforms including Scintilla Charter, Supplier One, Madrid, and NOVA is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of SQL, Power Query and VBA a plus.
• Analytical Ability:
Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights and strategic business decisions.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal coordination and client-facing reporting.
