Relay Goods is a fast-growing footwear resale company and the Running Shoe Tech role is where that growth begins. This is not a typical warehouse or retail hourly job. It’s the foundation of our business and the training ground for future leaders across operations, fulfillment, and marketing.

As a Running Shoe Tech, you are the hands and eyes behind every pair of shoes we recover, restore, and resell. Every downstream decision depends on the quality of your work and your judgment. For the right person, this role is a foot in the door to a growing company where initiative is rewarded and skills, responsibility, and compensation grow over time.

Responsibilities performed by Shoe Techs:

• Inspect and grade inbound footwear using Relay’s condition standards
• Restore shoes to resale ready condition through refurbishment and reconditioning
• Repackaging footwear
• Assembling boxes
• Stocking footwear on shelves
• Fulfillment of orders
• Job site cleaning

• Running, outdoor or athletic footwear industry
• E-commerce
• Reverse logistics
