Position: Field Manager – Residential Roofing

About the Role:

Tiello is proud to partner with a well-established roofing contractor in the Burbank, CA area to hire an experienced Field Manager . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing job site quality, managing homeowner interactions, and supporting warranty/service work across residential and light commercial roofing projects. You’ll help ensure each job reflects the company’s commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Support: Assist the Production Manager in daily operations and act as a backup when needed
• Job Site Management: Oversee up to 8 jobs at a time; manage crews, conduct daily inspections, and uphold safety and quality
• Homeowner Engagement: Be the main point of contact on site—handle service calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a strong customer experience
• Warranty Work: Manage and resolve all warranty issues efficiently and professionally
• Scheduling Support: Coordinate daily crew and project schedules to keep operations running smoothly
• Internal Communication: Collaborate with the office team on support tickets, follow-ups, and ongoing service items
• Safety & Compliance: Promote OSHA compliance and a safe work environment on every site

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of residential roofing experience; commercial roofing experience is a strong plus
• Proven strength in homeowner communication and conflict resolution
• Experience with QA walkthroughs, punch lists, and post-install inspections
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, and internal management software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• OSHA Certification preferred
