Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the formulation, renovation, and commercialization of new products
• Oversee R&D project lifecycle: from ingredient sourcing, costing, and labeling to post-launch monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on product launches
• Conduct independent experiments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage industrial trials, ensuring project milestones are met
• Support margin improvement initiatives and ingredient vendor relationships
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from concept to launch.

Requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in CPG, with a strong background in product commercialization and operations

Education : Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field (PhD highly preferred).
