About this role:
Our QA Operations Specialist manages Quality aspects and projects within area of responsibility as well as ensuring and supporting overall GxP conformity and Compliance with the Novartis Quality Management Systems for the Indianapolis manufacturing site. Location: Indianapolis #LI-Onsite This role is located on-site in Indianapolis, IN. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role; please only apply if this location is accessible for you. Shift: Thursday-Sunday 1 PM through 1 AM Work Schedule: Rotating work week with a mix of 4-day and 3-day work periods.Key Responsibilities:
Essential Requirements
The salary for this position is expected to range between $81,200 and $150,800/year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
